LeadGenOS — Brand Sponsorship Outreach
Sending Infrastructure
These accounts must be set up and warmed before any outreach goes out. Warmup takes 2–4 weeks. This is the critical path — set up first.
Dedicated domains for cold outreach — never use allbut6records.com or any primary AB6 domain. These protect AB6's main domain reputation if deliverability issues occur. Variations like ab6partnerships.com, allbut6brands.com, or ab6collabs.com work well.
~$10–15/yr per domain (Porkbun)
Live on kickoff call: Michele and Node pick and purchase domains together on Porkbun. Node configures DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) immediately after.
porkbun.com
Google Workspace accounts on each sending domain. Multiple accounts spread sending volume and reduce per-account risk. Naming convention: michele@, partnerships@, sponsors@ etc. on each domain.
$6–8/account/mo (Google Workspace Business Starter)
Node sets up for AB6: Node creates Google Workspace on the sending domains, configures DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), creates sending accounts, connects to Instantly, and runs warmup. Michele provides payment method to attach to the Workspace subscription.
Google Workspace signup
Email sending platform. Handles campaign sequencing, warmup, deliverability monitoring, and the unified reply inbox. AB6's team reviews and responds to replies here.
$47–97/mo (Growth or Hypergrowth plan, depending on sending volume)
Set up on call: Michele creates account with his billing. Node connects sending emails, configures warmup, and builds campaign sequences.

Lead Data + Enrichment
Contact verification and enrichment for the starter list of 200–400 brand sponsor decision-makers. Validates emails, enriches with company data, job titles, and personalization signals.
$0.05–0.10/lead (pay-as-you-go)
Node manages enrichment through LeadGenOS pipeline. Costs passed through to AB6 as documented in SOW §3.3.
Web scraping platform used for lead data collection and enrichment. Runs scheduled actors that pull prospect data and engagement metrics.
$49–149/mo (depending on volume tier)
Set up on call: Michele creates account with his billing. Node configures actors and scheduled runs.

Artist Discovery System
Data + Pipeline
The discovery pipeline scrapes trending content, classifies artists, scores authenticity, and surfaces candidates. Most accounts are on Node's side during build; billing transfers to AB6 at go-live.
Comprehensive music analytics API providing cross-platform data (TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, and more) through a single endpoint. Provides trending data, artist metadata, engagement metrics, and discovery signals.
$350/mo flat rate (API access)
Free during build (demo accounts). Switches to paid API plan once in production. Michele creates account with his billing before go-live.
Music Platforms Data API
Unified API gateway for all AI models (classification, scene-matching, enrichment). Single account, single billing, access to Claude, GPT, Perplexity, and others through one endpoint.
Usage-based (pay-per-token, no monthly minimum)
Set up on call: Michele creates account with his billing. Node configures API keys and model routing.

Shared Infrastructure
Both Systems
Shared hosting and database layer used by both Discovery and LeadGenOS.
PostgreSQL database, authentication, and API layer. Stores candidates, leads, campaign data, system logs, and user accounts. Both systems share one Supabase project.
~$25/mo (Pro plan)
Set up on call: Michele creates account with his billing. Node creates project and configures database.
supabase.com signup
Hosts the Discovery dashboard and any web-facing components. Handles deployments, edge caching, and SSL.
~$20/mo (Pro plan)
Set up on call: Michele creates account with his billing. Node configures project and deployments.
vercel.com signup
Source code repository. Node develops here during build. Discovery repo transfers to AB6's GitHub org upon final payment per SOW §5.1. LeadGenOS repo stays with Node (source escrow provides AB6's protection).
Free
Michele provides: AB6 GitHub organization name (or creates one) for Discovery IP transfer. Not needed until final payment.
